               Mrs. Eno Anwana  

Eno  is a Training and Management Consultant with experience across the private, public and voluntary sectors both as an employee, employer and consultant. She has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organisation. She has a passion for training people to learn, a more sustainable approach than training people to be trained.

Eno is the CEO and director of Finishing Touches Corporation. A full-service training and consulting business, which has run since 2000 .  Eno commissioned the Corporate Solutions Unit after successfully establishing Finishing Touches Corporations, a successful extra tuition and events management company. Her experience in progression of training needs assessment, instructional design and development, project management and management is invaluable to her approach in viewing training.

As a trainer, consultant and project manager, Eno has helped thousands of people learn how to use the tools related to their jobs, gain an understanding of how they learn best and improve their overall skill level.

 She has developed and implemented training plans for major organizations in the UK ,Europe and Africa, and has designed and delivered training courses in management development and performance management.

Eno is able to design, develop, train, facilitate, evaluate and offer consultancy advice to support increased knowledge, skills and understanding related to all aspects of people development. Her consultants, strategic partners and clients say she is reliable, engaging, professional, flexible, creative, and committed to ensuring a project's success.

As an accredited coach, Eno works with Directors and Managers in areas such as personal and career development, leadership support, and transitioning into new roles.

She holds a bachelors degree in Marine biology and a masters degree in Aquaculture.

Derek  has been dubbed a dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic and an exceptional trainer by participants. His passion is always to help his clients routinely achieve “the impossible” – to materialise business benefits that are beyond their current thinking and capability. “He challenges people’s assumptions and mind-sets, dismantling any barriers to success, to give access to previously unobtainable results.”

In soft skills training and consulting, Derek has six years of work experience, focusing on needs analysis, organizational consulting, facilitation and project management. His exposure to various global cultures while working with different international organisations has enabled him to effectively train participants in the areas of Business Communication, Customer Service, Team Management, Problem Solving, Time Management and Leadership.

Derek is also currently responsible for company strategy and business development. He works with clients to assess the needs of their organization or projects, he then works with the training delivery team in ensuring the right trainer delivers to achieve agreed objectives.

Derek holds a bachelors degree in Economics and an MBA in management.
